Mark S. Albion

Author of the book “Making lives making a living”.

Writer of success, and Professor of Marketing in the Business School of Harvard for more than 20 years, iMark Albion is an expert in recognizing in subjects of social responsibility. After his experience in Harvard account occurred that its life felt no tapeworm.

He stopped working during fifteen months, in which he realised a trip in search of values to believe in. Upon his return he completed an MBA on Responsible Studies, called nowadays Net Impact. In 2000, Albion published the book that reflects the philosophal fruit of his search: “Making lives, making a living”.

Looking for the form to conjugate Capitalism with the idealism of the 60’s, he states that ithe heart of business is as important as intelligence,  which is fundamental in order to obtain authentic happiness, that is obtained by business happening through an authentic corporative social responsibility.

Mark Albion has created a company, YOU & COMPANY, to help people to develop professional races that have a sense. He understands that his mission consists of contributing to create a world where business concentrates on the spiritual, and not only the intellect, with the purpose  to alleviate poverty and suffering. In “Finding work that matters” Mark Albion considers securing a correct form of employment to gain  life.

In his book, “True to Yourself: Leading to VALUEs-Based Business” he defends the idea that people also must be loyal to their own ideas as  well as the businesses, in which it is possible to obtain benefits. He defends convincily that “reaching their own dreams it is necessary to help others to reach theirs”. He writes articles for diverse magazines, among them Fast Company. At the moment he exerts the company consultancy and continues writing.
